Update - End of Week 1!

I wasn't really intending on posting tonight....

But then....

I stepped on my scale...

And saw....

THAT I LOST 5 LBS.

FIVE POUNDS, people.  FIVE.  FIVE!  And I have not been starving hungry, sick, OR working out.

Seven days, eating delicious food, not working out, and I've lost five whole darn pounds.

I'm a believer.
